How we work
At Nepal Service Projects (NSP), every program begins with the local community. Operating directly from Pokhara, our local team works closely with neighborhood schools, hospitals, and rural leaders across Gandaki Province to identify genuine priorities before any volunteer arrives.
We design, execute, and monitor every initiative ourselves—from coordinating clinical hospital shadowing to managing community infrastructure builds.
By managing the process on the ground from start to finish, we ensure your skills and time are directed where they matter most, providing you with 24/7 local support and an authentic, safe immersion into Nepalese life.
How are we different
Unlike overseas agencies that coordinate trips from afar, we are 100% locally owned and based right here in Pokhara. Having operated across Gandaki Province since 2015, our deep roots and trusted local networks mean we don’t bring in pre-packaged itineraries or external agendas.
